June Courses

Wednesday 2nd – Cathedral Windows in Silk
Dye your textured silk fabric with our Gaywool Dyes. Learn this fancy patchwork technique of machine stitching, folding and adding contrasting squares of coloured silk by hand stitching to emphasise the intricate open pockets. Your small panel can be used as a centre piece for a bag or cushion. I produced a double bed quilt using this technique, but I would be embarrassed to tell you how long it took me!
