Nestled in the midst of the dramatic landscape of Swaledale; on the edge of the postcard-pretty village of Reeth, you will find The Threshing Barn

Stockists and suppliers of weaving, spinning, knitting, felting and dyeing equipment. Yarn, Fibre and Kits.

UK stockists for Ashford, Louet, Lojan,  Lendrum, Majacraft, Valkyrie Tools, GayWool Dyes, Ply Magazine, Glimakra and Dreaming Robots.

Here at TB HQ in Reeth we have a selection of spinning wheels on display and a small selection of looms, alongside a large range of fibres, yarns, textile craft kits and tools. 

We welcome visitors to our small shop but our opening hours aren’t set in stone, so please make sure you phone ahead or drop us an email to find out when we will be open..

Browse our stock on this site if it says it is in stock then it is (at least we hope it is!) If you have any questions or queries then give us a call to order. We are always happy to discuss your needs.

There are many things that don’t manage to make it to the website – so if you can’t find what you are looking for then please give meus a ring. We are a small UK based business and appreciate your support and custom. 

  • To purchase materials or to order any spinning and weaving supplies you can’t find here online please email or phone.
  • We don’t have any set opening hours but when we are in we are open – to make sure we will be open just get in touch!

It’s that Wonder Wool Wales time of year again – so the van is packed and I’m back on the road.
 
This means that any orders received between 3 pm on Weds 24 April and 5 pm Monday 29 April won’t be sent out until Tues 30 April. I will upgrade postage to 1st class .
